The apartment is located in the central district of Santo Spirito, just 200 meters from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio, it is on two levels: the ground floor where there is a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), a living room with comfortable sofa (double) while on the second level, climbing a staircase with 12 steps, there is a bedroom with bathroom with shower.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (and, on request, in the bedroom you can prepare single beds). Heating and / or air conditioning.

The standard check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 and check-out by 11:00.
Required to communicate the arrival time in Florence at least three days before check-in, so we can fix an appointment with you to meet us at the apartment.
Check-in is not allowed after 21:00 hrs.
Method of Payment upon: euro cash.
refundable security deposit: € 150.00 cash. The deposit will be returned at check-out.
Tourist tax: € 3.00 per person per night excluded from the cost of booking
